• What is the cancellation policy? We offer a moderate cancellation policy: a full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before your stay, and a 50% refund if you cancel within 14 days of your stay.

• How do I check in and out? Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. You'll receive a personalized code for the keyless entry system a few days before your arrival.

• What is the minimum age requirement to book? You must be at least 21 years old to book our place.

The Space

• How many guests can comfortably stay in your place? Our cozy cabin comfortably accommodates 4 guests.

• Is there parking available? Yes, there's free parking for one car in the driveway.

• Is there wifi included? Yes, wifi is included and offers download speeds of up to 50 Mbps.

• What amenities are included? We provide fresh linens and towels, basic toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

• Is the space pet-friendly? Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.

The Area

• What are some things to do nearby? We're located just a short walk from beautiful hiking trails and a scenic lake. The charming town center with shops and restaurants is a 10-minute drive away. For a complete guide to local attractions, we recommend checking out the town's visitor center website.

• Is there public transportation available? There is no public transportation available in the immediate area. However, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft operate here.

• Are there restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance? There are no restaurants or grocery stores within walking distance, but there's a well-stocked convenience store a 5-minute drive away.

House Rules

• Is smoking allowed? Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. There's a designated smoking area on the patio.

• Are there quiet hours? We kindly request guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

• Are parties or events allowed? Small gatherings are welcome, but large parties or events are not permitted.

• Do you provide beach towels? Unfortunately, we don't provide beach towels. However, there are beach towel rentals available at the nearby lakefront shops.
